The Redcliffe City Art Gallery is a public exhibition and education facility that enables access to quality artwork from a wide range of sources.  As part of the Library/Art Gallery Complex it provides opportunities for local artists and community groups to exhibit in both solo and group projects and for regular display of the Council's Art Collection.

The Gallery aims to create opportunities and foster current arts and crafts practice in our city.  To achieve this, the Gallery presents a diverse and innovative program including local, inter- and intra-state exhibitions for the enjoyment and cultural enrichment of residents and visitors to the region.  It facilitates the presentation of workshops, seminars, education programs and other projects.  The volunteers and staff of the Gallery are aware of the important role art plays in defining culture and we therefore pursue this objective through high quality collection management, exhibitions, education and public programs and services.
