Redcliffe's contemporary arts are as unique and diverse as the society and the city they come from. They reflect an ancient landscape that is home to one of the world's oldest continuous cultural traditions and also to a rich mix of migrant cultures.

Redcliffe is home to four major City Council Cultural Venues:

• Redcliffe Cultural Centre – the hub of cultural activities and where many of our Community Groups meet or hold regular performances.
• Read about the history of the Peninsula and some of its famous residents and enjoy the interactive displays at the Redcliffe Museum.
• Redcliffe City Library – rich with resources to assist in expanding the cultural knowledge of the local community.
• Redcliffe City Art Gallery which showcases the divine works of our City's finest artists.

In addition, there are many locally based cultural groups from the following diverse areas - Literature & Media, Performing Arts, Visual Arts and Environment which provides a broad spectrum of cultural expression bringing together the people in our community.

Community based non-profit organisations are welcome to submit details of their group for consideration to be included in the community organisation listing.  Successful applicants can have a web page created within the website or a link to their own web site from the Organisation Directory.

All groups and organisations can submit details of upcoming events for inclusion on the "What's On" Calendar. These events must fall into the general theme of the cultural website. Inclusion on the calendar is at the discretion of the Redcliffe City Council.

We have our Redcliffe Choir- always keen to harmonize
Plus we have the U3A - where our brains get exercise
Spinners, weavers, dyers - lapidary, pottery as well
Hear Ye Olde Brass Band - with their music they excel.
